The Crucible’s youth program offers hands-on classes and camps in industrial arts for young people, ages 8 to 18. You can search for youth classes by looking under an area of study (such as welding or blacksmithing) or by choosing classes at a particular time (such as Spring Break Camp or June Camp). Parents, please note that youth participants must bring a completed parental consent form and a medical authorization form to the first class.

The Crucible also offers Family Fun Weekends, in which parents and youth can participate in a class together. Youth 16 and over may then select adult classes with the approval of the instructor.
